and an email and/or phone call then provided with next steps. Business Cash Advance deals are typically

GMC strives to live by two overlying strategies which cover any scenarios
that we originate. Common Sense is the first. We look to appropriate funds to borrowers based on
the value of their property, their ability to make ongoing debt payments, and the desire for us to put
them in a better position after they sign the final docs than before. Kill it or close it is the second.
GMC collects $0 in due diligence fees prior to closing any deal. With that in mind we need to spend our
time focused on the best deals and the most closable scenarios. We seek to identify any issue(s) that may
jeopardize the likelihood of a deal closing and either find a way around the issue(s) or PASS on the deal.
